Why your brain is deleting your millions 🧠

🛑 Stop trusting your Vision Board (Here’s the Science) 🧠

Hey there 🌅 Reader,

Happy Saturday,

Let’s be real for a second.

We have all been there. You spend a Sunday afternoon with a stack of magazines, scissors, and high hopes. You paste the villa, the fit body, the 7-figure bank balance, and the luxury car onto a board. You hang it up. You look at it every day.

And then… nothing happens.

Or worse—you start feeling worse because the gap between that glossy picture and your current reality feels impossible to bridge.

I love the intention behind a vision board. But I need to tell you the scientific truth about why it fails for 90% of people.

Pictures don’t change reality. Frequencies do. ⚡️

You can paste a mansion on your wall, but if your internal Wi-Fi is broadcasting "Scarcity," you are never going to move in.

The Neuroscience: Meet Your Brain’s "Bouncer"

Most manifestation gurus skip the biology. But if we don't understand the hardware, we can't run the software.

Your brain has a filter called the Reticular Activating System (RAS). Think of the RAS as a bouncer at an exclusive club. Its job is to filter out the billions of bits of data flooding your senses and only let in what matches your dominant internal beliefs.

Here is the glitch:

If you stick a picture of a Ferrari on your wall, but your nervous system is stuck in a loop of "Anxiety," "Not Enough," or "I have to work hard for money"...

Your RAS will view wealth as a threat.

It will literally filter out the opportunities for ease and abundance, and instead, it will highlight every reason you should be stressed. It is designed to prove you right.

The Missing Link: Safety vs. Strategy

The reason you haven't hit that next level of income or impact isn't that you aren't visualizing hard enough.

It’s because your body doesn't feel safe holding it.

In the world of trauma and the nervous system, familiarity equals safety. If "struggle" is familiar to you, your subconscious mind views "struggle" as safe.

If you suddenly achieved that vision board life, your nervous system would freak out. It would feel "unsafe" because it is unknown. So, your mind self-sabotages to bring you back to your baseline. Back to the struggle. Back to the "safety" of the known.

The Solution? Regulate to Receive. 🧘‍♀️

You cannot manifest what you want. You only manifest who you are.

To actually unlock the life on that board, we have to move the work from your eyes (looking at pictures) to your nervous system (feeling the frequency).

Try this shift this week:

Don't just look at the image. Close your eyes and ask your body: “How would my breath feel if this was already mine?”“How would my shoulders sit if I had nothing to prove?”

When you teach your body that success is safe, your RAS stops blocking your blessings and starts hunting for them.

Stop looking at the life you want. Start embodying the person who already has it.

To your expansion,

Meenakshi Roy

The most dangerous addiction for a visionary isn’t a substance. It’s a standard. ?

The most dangerous addiction for a visionary isn’t a substance. It’s a standard. 🛑 Hey there 🌅 Reader, Let’s have a real conversation about the "Ugly Truth." Most of the visionary leaders I mentor pride themselves on their excellence. They tell me, "I just have high standards," or "I want to ensure it’s perfect before I put my name on it." On the surface, it sounds like dedication. In the Quantum field, it looks like a standstill. The Shadow Side of "Perfect" We’ve been conditioned to wear...

Is your “standard” actually a bottleneck? ?

Is your "standard" actually a bottleneck? 🛑 Hey there 🌅 Reader, High-achiever, We need to have a very uncomfortable conversation about that project you’ve been "refining" for the last three months. You call it "maintaining high standards." You tell yourself you’re "obsessed with quality." You believe you’re doing your market a favor by making sure everything is flawless before they see it. I’m calling it what it actually is: An ego trip. The Protection Mechanism Perfectionism isn't about the...
